个人简介Biography

石翠萍,女,工学博士,教授、博士生导师。哈尔滨工业大学工学博士毕业,博士论文获哈尔滨工业大学“校第十九届优秀博士学位论文”提名,2020年在哈尔滨工程大学信息与通信工程博士后流动站出站(出站成绩为“优秀”)。省一流专业带头人,市高层次人才“领军人才”,省高层次人才,国家自然科学基金涵评专家。主要从事遥感图像分析及处理,以及机器学习与人工智能的研究工作。
近五年,主持及参加国家自然科学基金项目、国家863项目、以及其他省部级项目十余项,主持项目部分结题成果被鉴定为“国内领先水平”;在IEEE TGRS、IEEE JSTARS、NEUROCOMPUTING、REMOTE SENSING、IJRS等国内外学术期刊上共发表论文80余篇;出版学术专著1部,(该专著2021年被评为“省精品书”),参与翻译译著《Satellite Data Compression》、《Remote Sensing Digital Image Analysis: An Introduction》(Fifth Edition)共两部;申请发明专利30余项,作为第一发明人已授权发明专利14项;带领学生团队荣获“华为杯”中国智能设计竞赛获国家三等奖2项,省奖项9项;获全国高等学校计算机教育研究会“优秀指导教师”称号。
Cuiping Shi, female, Ph.D. in Engineering, is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor. She received her Ph.D. from Harbin Institute of Technology, and her doctoral dissertation was nominated for the "19th Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of Harbin Institute of Technology". In 2020, she completed her postdoctoral research at the Information and Communication Engineering Postdoctoral Station of Harbin Engineering University (with an "Excellent" rating). She is a leader of a provincial first-class major, a "Leading Talent" among municipal high-level talents, a provincial high-level talent, and a review expert for the National Natural Science Foundation of China. Her research mainly focuses on remote sensing image analysis and processing, as well as machine learning and artificial intelligence.
Over the past five years, she has led and participated in more than ten projects, including projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National 863 Program, and other provincial and ministerial programs. Some of the completed results of her projects were rated as "domestically leading level". She has published more than 80 papers in journals such as IEEE TGRS, IEEE JSTARS, Neurocomputing, Remote Sensing, and IJRS; published one academic monograph (rated a "Provincial Excellent Book" in 2021); and co-translated two works, "Satellite Data Compression" and "Remote Sensing Digital Image Analysis: An Introduction" (Fifth Edition). She has applied for more than 30 invention patents, with 14 granted as the first inventor. She has led student teams to win 2 national third prizes and 9 provincial prizes in the "Huawei Cup" China Intelligent Design Competition, and was awarded the "Outstanding Supervisor" title by the Computer Education Research Association of Chinese Universities.
